I was feeling more tired, more doubtful, and more uncertain about the future than I ever cared to admit. While I had a regular diet of spiritual reading, meditated, did dreamwork with a therapist, and had regular conversations with a close, wise male friend, something else I couldn’t put my finger on was missing. When we came to you, our relationship was broken. All we did was bicker, fight and criticize each other. I didn’t believe that after ten years of dissatisfaction in our relationship and a near-divorce, we could have experienced such a turnaround. We’ve healed the wounds in our relationship and the experiences from childhood that caused us to separate instead of coming together during trying times. Sometimes we want to pinch ourselves at how satisfying our relationship has become after working with you. Our love for each other has deepened and sweetened. We completely accept and support each other and the sex is incredible. This work has changed my life in ways that I never thought possible.  Your guidance, calm presence and loving acceptance have made me feel at home in my body. My confidence is no longer just an act and my anxiety is gone. These are no small feats. Trying to act a part and dealing with anxiety around it consumed my thinking in the past and now, I’m free from that! This has given me a sense of stillness and now I can use my brain for more creative things because it’s not being hijacked by anxiety or worry.
