I’m Laura Loven, a coach, author, and companion to those navigating life’s deepest passages.
My work has been shaped as much by rivers, mountains, love, and loss as by years of study and experience. I’ve learned that life doesn’t always ask us to find our way around the difficult places. Sometimes it invites us to discover what becomes possible when we enter them fully.
I believe in the wisdom of the body, the transformative power of love, and our capacity to become more fully alive—even in the presence of grief and uncertainty.
And while the work we do together can be profound, there’s room for laughter, curiosity, and delight along the way.
